You can download the videos of any event you have live streamed in your TV. Downloads of any content are only available to their respective TV owners. Please be aware that it can take up to 5 hours to generate the download file in MP4 format.
1. Click on the download icon of the selected event you want to download;
2. Download the respective .mp4 file. If more than one file is available, it could be because during the live match, your connection dropped and some of the video is lost.
3. The .mp4 file will be generated automatically by our system. In some cases, the file might take a while before becoming available. Once the .mp4 file is available, you can either download it directly on your PC or generate a link to be shared with someone else (via email, whatsapp or any other mean).
If instead of downloading the file, you just need to create a downloadable link, instead of pressing on the download button, right click on the name of the file and select “Copy link address”.
Note: If clicking on such a file does not start the download automatically, or if it goes to an “error page” or similar, just copy the full address and paste it into any browser. That should start the download process.

Did you know? In some cases, it can take a bit longer to generate your download file in MP4 format if it was a very long stream. If you need the video right away, don't worry - after a short while, we create a FLV file of your stream as a temporary solution on the same page. Download it and play it in VLC media player (or another compatible programme) to check if it has the same length as your stream in the live studio.
