Q. The stream I'm trying to watch doesn't work

The quality of a stream depends on a number of factors. Please follow this checklist to make sure your setup sufficiently fulfils the basic conditions:

  • Ensure that you have the latest version of the Eleven Sports app installed.

  • Ensure that your operating system and browser are up to date.

    • See supported devices and browsers here.

  • Ensure that your internet connection is stable and sufficient.

    • A minimum connection speed of 0.8 Mbps is required to watch a live stream.

  • Close other applications or downloads that may be using up bandwidth.

  • Check other devices on your internet network that may be consuming bandwidth.

  • If you are connecting with a PC:

    • Decrease the quality of the stream by clicking on the settings menu (gear icon) at the bottom right of the player and select a lower resolution.

    • Clear your browser's cache.

  • If you are connecting via mobile:

    • If you are connecting with an Android device with operating system 4.4.2 and earlier, we recommend using the native browser

    • Download our app for free from the App Store or Play Store for the best experience

If you're still experiencing issues the stream you're trying to watch, please try these suggestions:

  • Refresh the web page

  • Please log out of your user account, then log back in and try again

  • Switch to another browser, go to the match on Eleven Sports and login (We always recommend Google Chrome for the best user experience)

  • If you see a screen without a live feed or a countdown, it means that the match hasn't gone live yet. That may happen due to a delayed kickoff or due to the filming crew dealing with technical issues. Please check the chat or the teams' official social media pages for the latest updates.
