Q. Which payment methods are accepted on Eleven Sports?

Our payment gateway providers accept most major international credit and debit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro. In select markets like Brazil, Argentina, Mexico and Chile, further local payment methods are available as well. At the present time, we do not accept other payment methods such as PayPal.

Q. What should I do if my payment method is rejected?

When your payment method is rejected, we recommend the following:

Q. What should I do if I cannot access a match?

If you cannot access a match, then please try these suggestions:

  • Make sure that you're logged in on Eleven Sports

  • Make sure that your payment card details are correct

  • Please log out, then log back in and try again

Q. I have already paid, but the live stream doesn't work

If you're experiencing issues with the live stream after you've already paid for a match or bundle, please try these suggestions:

  • Refresh the web page

  • Please log out, then log back in and try again

  • Switch to another browser, go to the match on Eleven Sports and login (We always recommend Google Chrome for the best user experience)

  • If you see a screen without a live feed or a countdown, it means that the match hasn't gone live yet. That may happen due to a delayed kickoff or due to the filming crew dealing with technical issues. Please check the chat or the teams' official social media pages for the latest updates.

Q. I haven’t received my account verification email. Does this mean I can’t watch a match?

If you haven’t received an account verification email, please try checking your spam or resending the verification email. If you still haven’t received it, don’t worry - this issue does not prevent you from being able to login on Eleven Sports, pay for, and watch a game. Simply follow the remaining steps in the payment process, and you’ll be able to watch the match.
