Occasionally there are instances where the message "validation error" appears upon trying to create an event. There are two possible reasons for this:
The event creation form does not recognise the city name that you have selected
If this is the case, we kindly ask you to select another city in the same time zone and send us a message via Intercom (blue chat box in the bottom right corner of all Live Studio pages) with the correct city name, so we can make the necessary changes for you.
Note: Our team will require some time to make the changes, so please inform us via Intercom at least 4 working days before the event date.
2. The players do not have jersey numbers
In this case, you may have accidentally added players to the lineup without their jersey number. We kindly ask you to return to the home lineups and away lineups in the menu to see if there is a number listed next to each player. If you see an empty field or a " - ", please remove that player from the lineup and enter the information again.
Should the issue still persist, please send us a message via Intercom (blue chat box in the bottom right corner of all Live Studio pages) with the name of your TV.
