Here is what you can do if that happens to you

If you are already filming but can't see anything in the Live Studio, there might be a variety of reasons for that.

Here we will list some of them and what you can do to make sure you receive image in the studio:

1. Refresh your browser

When you start filming with our mobile app or start sending signal via an encoding device or software, it takes a few seconds for the signal to arrive on our platform and show up on your studio.

Please be patient and refresh your browser - if all else is OK with your setup, it should only take a few seconds for you to get image in the live studio.

2. Make sure your internet is strong enough

A minimum of 2.5Mbps of upload speed is necessary to live stream a match. If your internet connection is too low, then even though you might be sending signal to our platform, unfortunately it will not be enough to get image on the studio and consequently to your viewers. We always encourage you to use mobile connection (4G) instead of WiFi, to guarantee a stable connection.

Similarly, you will need a minimum of 2.5Mbps of download speed on your laptop to be able to view the signal in the studio.

You can run a speedtest at www.speedtest.net to check your internet speed. If it is not fast enough, you can try changing to a different network before connecting to the platform again.

3. Make sure you are connected to the right event

If you are using an encoding device (such as the Cerevo Liveshell2) or a streaming software (such as OBS), please ensure you are using the correct RTMP URL and Stream Key.

By default, the Cerevo and OBS will connect to the previously used RTMP URL and Stream Key, so if you forget to change them (or use incorrect settings), the signal will be sent to the wrong event and you will not see image in the studio of the match you are trying to stream.
